Phoebe is an award winning filmmaker with a background in independent documentary, community education and television. Her films have screened at BAFTA and Oscar qualifying festivals such as Aesthetica, Edinburgh International Film Festival, London Short Film Festival and Drama Short Film Festival where her film When You Were Young Were You Afraid of The Moon? won the FIPRESCI critics prize.
